Things I’ve Built

  • Identified a gap in existing cancer biomarker technologies and developed a functional DNA-repair assay proof of concept. The work progressed through competitive translational funding, technical development and an international patent application. STRATISAL

  • Co-founded the Crick Science Entrepreneur Network and helped build workshops, founder events and Innovation Challenges that brought researchers together with entrepreneurs, industry, and investors.

  • Founded This Is For Me - This Is For Science. Backed by the biotech industry, across the nation, and endorsed by the Office for Life Sciences.

  • Identified the need for structured translational opportunities at the Francis Crick Institute and initiated and co-developed its Translation Scholar pathway with institutional leaders and cross-functional teams.
